Host Inn All Suites Hotel

Great place if you're transitioning in life or moving to a new place. The rates are great for all that you get. Yes, the rooms are a little dated, but it is a hotel, a communal place where people come and go so I'm not sure why other reviewers are expecting the best of the best. For the price, you're not going to get a five star hotel, if that's what you're looking for then go find one. You get basically a small one bedroom apartment, full kitchen and good extras. The staff is friendly and nobody bothers you. Good for a few days, weeks or months depending on your situation. I'm cool with it 😎

(1) They messed up our booking, shorting us a bed. We were told that there was no access to a manager when we checked in. (2) This is NOT a non-smoking hotel (or the rule is poorly enforced), and it has central HVAC, so my allergy to smoke was triggered by being in there. (3) There was mold/mildew in multiple places in our hotel. (4) The room was filthy: dried blood or chocolate on our comforter, marks all over the curtains and walls. (5) The pool was green.

Very unprofessional. Room was dirty and asked for cleaning (short and curlies in the tub), no housekeeping staff was on duty. Front desk issued us cleaning products to DIY. Arrived to clouds of marijuana smoke in the parking lot with crowds of drifters in pajamas looking like opiate zombies. Amenities were not functional. Manager was very rude and harassing. Loud party was going on in lobby with open booze and mixed crowds all night, like a halfway house gone house party. Front desk doesn't pick up calls from room. Beautiful building with great potential, but ran like a seedy motel. Might be reasonable if you are desperate, but not a family environment. Guests were openly discussing recent incarceration and laughing with staff as desk manager was openly berating guest. Was shown 3 different rooms each with broken compromises, a bath without running water, disconnected phone, or a balance of "either or" lesser evil options. Everywhere outside the room resembles a cliche dark alley. Feels like a truckstop/halfway house (at least there's a broken jacuzzi I can still fill with hot water.. but might need STD screen). Afraid I might get shot from window for writing this review.. otherwise it's broken jacuzzi gangstas paradise. Debating leaving on 2nd day, and just being billed for a night not used. Spend the extra $20 and go to comfort in.

Visited for 1 night with family. Pool was not available, rooms need major updates and renovations, the area wasn't pleasant. It seems more like a motel than hotel, or even shelter. The scent of cigarettes is all over the room and hallways, although it's an alleged "no smoking facility". WILL NOT RECOMMEND, for a place to stay with family, and $150 deposit which can take up to 10 days to get your money back. The front desk staff was exceptional and pleasant.

Me and my girls stayed here in January 2023 and the hotel didn't seem like a good choice, but it was. It was clean, calm and quiet. The staff were very friendly and the heated pool was clean and warm. They don't serve breakfast on weekdays which was cool with us. There are a good amount of places to eat and shop in walking distance. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the not firm pillows, but that's me. The stove was clean, but not in its best condition. We had no dishes or silverware in the cabinets, but it wasn't a major downfall. We walked to dollar tree and purchased paper cups, plates etc... I enjoyed our 3 day stay and would return again.
